5. Reason for blacklist: I had multiple people tell me different things. Mass RDM, failing to drive firetruck properly. All of which I do deny.

 

 

DATE OF WHICH I WAS BANNED ON: Wednesday June 13th.

 

Was I banned before? Yes, 1 day ban for cussing at an admin when he cussed at my friend when all my friend was doing was asking a simple question. The admin was HG jjk. After this ban I tried to be as respectful as I can to anyone who shows it back and ever since then I tried to be in the border rules.

 

Well to start off, I was not just banned, I was perma-banned. Before I even got perma banned I never got any warning, no explanation, no chance to even ask why im getting banned. I asked my friend why I was banned and when the admin responded to him, he said I did a mass rdm. Which didn't make sense because I didn't do a Mass rdm.

 

5 Minutes after the cop raid I quit being a cop and go to the nexus. There a cop I met earlier who was trying to random arrest people (something he also did to me earlier in the day). I talk in OOC telling the mayor to demote him. He batons my friend and I. I go around the corner and arm my glock. I murder the cop and run away. The cop gets revived literally 6 secs later and starts shooting everyone at the fountain; he killed about 4 people while I was alive. The bastard even chased me around the corner and killed me. Thats when I got the message 'You have been permanently banned from Hells Gamers'.

 

 

tl;dr

I got banned without any explanation while I was completely playing within the rules. My guess is someone thought I was doing something wrong when they had no idea about what I was doing. The reason why I am so confused is because I did absolutely nothing wrong. And then boom. perma banned. Would an admin please tell me who banned me, so I could ask them why they would permaban someone without getting the full story of it. It would only make it fair...

He attacked me AND aimed a gun at me when he shouldn't of. The cop rdmed 4 people.... How could I get proof if I was perma banned without any notice? This was all out of no where, I had no idea I was going to get banned because I didnt do anything wrong. Thats why I am here to appeal, I hadn't done anything wrong. Is there anyway you can tell me why I was banned...?

 

I do not have actual proof but I do have a friend that was beside me when I got banned. I hope hes allowed to appeal for me as well.

I am glad you commented. Because I didnt kill 5 people, I killed the cop, the medic revived him literally 10 seconds later, and he started killing everybody behind me. It is not my fault the cop started going on a rampage the second he got revived. I can tell he was a crazy one because he was screaming in his mich the entire time at the fountain screaming at people and hitting them with his baton. May I please get unbanned now? This could've all been resolved if you had just asked me if I did the rdming. I would've kindly said no, the fail cop did it.

What was your ingame name? And no I am not lying, why would I make an account and appeal if I know I wasnt wrongfully indited.

 

I killed the cop, but I do admit there was another cop infront of him of which I accidently shot at, but never intended to mass rdm. That is all i did. I didn't kill you, the 2 citizens, nor did I kill the medic. If you were the guy in the GOLDMEMBER gang, I saw the cop kill you, then turn around the corner and kill me. If you think I did something otherwise, you are completely making that up.

I know what happened, attempting to mislead me will only shorten your chances of being unbanned.

They were 2 cops, my intention was never to murder them both, just the douche bag one. You would kill both cops if you were in my position. This still doesn't change the fact that I didn't rdm 5 people. The reason why I am admitting to the 2nd cop being dead is because he appeared randomly. There was only 1 cop at the nexus when I was going to kill him. When I went around the corner to arm my glock, I come back to see that there was 2 cops. This is at the time where I already have my glock out and aiming at the cop. I either get shot by 2 officers and die, or I waste them and run away. I took the latter decision, later to find out that he got revived and kills everyone at the fountain.

 

I am going to explain my self again. My intention was not to MASS RDM or KILL YOU. It was to murder the cop that was abusing his powers earlier. The fact that you were killed in the crossfire BY HIM, doesn't really seem fair that you are blaming me for his killing.

Well that fixes everything now. Because I didn't have an ak. I had a glock. Thank you for perma banning the wrong person.

 

I can take this 1 step further. The only automatic weapon I have in my inventory is m4s and uzis. AKs have shit recoil.

EDIT: I am a bit confused, I had never had a chance to finish him. Why does it say in the records that I finished him? The medic revived him which led to me dying.

This proves I had a glock (something you failed to mention properly), I killed the 2 cops (not the other 3), and because you were killed in the crossfire, you used the mass rdm as an excuse to get back at me. I am sorry if I had killed you by accident, there was no intention.

I wouldn't of killed them, as revenge killings are considered RDM, which is against the rules.

 

My decision isn't going to differ if you killed me or someone else, you still RDMed.

Because I asked the mayor to demote him, nothing happened. We asked for admin to come, nothing happened. While I am asking people to help, he is constantly abusing his powers **TOWARDS ME AND MY FRIEND**, so I took it into my own hands. Killing a douchebag cop that breaks his rules is considered more extreme than me killing the corrupted cop?

 

And No it was not revenge killing, I had told you he abused his powers towards me and my friend. I am allowed to kill him if he does that. That is not RDM.

He never killed me in the first place.................. He had only killed me after he got revived from me killing him. So technically he did the revenge killing but in his case he was allowed since hes a cop and he got revived.

This thread isn't over. Seeing as how I'm semi-retired from the clan, I don't normally dabble in issues, however, this really struck a chord with me. TheRumor, you were blatantly rude and aggressive towards this person for absolutely no reason. Not only that, you called him a liar when it was you yourself who had your information incorrect. And after the fact you displayed absolutely no remorse. I think you owe takashi an apology.
