God, you are like obsessed with PERP, go grab a cheeseburger from McDonalds, or go outside and smell the fresh air for once... Even if its blistering out, or freezing, or raining hail the size of baseballs, you could also go play frogger on the highway... If PERP is down, they are doing editing and fixing, it doesn't take 3 hours to restart a PERP server... Just enjoy the fact that they are adding/fixing things...
