My two cents:

 

 

SSD's arn't for budget builds.

 

I don't know how HDD's are doing on price but when I got mine they were really high due to floods.

 

I suggest you go the reuite where you buy a nice open case ~100-150$ and ~200$ motherboard which upgrade slots so it doesn't go old fast, and base eveything off that. Make a machine you can upgrade. And remember you'll never get your money back out of it.
