Reason: I was citizen, and I wanted to go the the second floor of the nexus. The mayor had announced that going to the top floor was kill on sight, but said nothing about the other floors, so I assumed they were ok. A secret service agent confronted me when I tried to enter the elevator, but after explaining the situation, he agreed to let me go up as long as he escorted me. After looking around, I waited for the elevator to come to take me to the bottom floor. He then shot me while I was unarmed, and later claimed the mayor told him to kill me, even though I was no threat to anyone. 5.
