If you read before you pay it states your donating because you enjoy the service in appreciation for your donation they credit you 1 month of special features. Your not Paying for the service your donating to server and there giving you a present as appreciation. There for if your unsatisfied or get banned you can't charge back as it was a donation, not a service or product.

What you just described is the definition of a trade. Also, it is a monthly subscription, and therefore a charge. I am paying for a service/product.

What you just described is the definition of a trade. Also, it is a monthly subscription, and therefore a charge. I am paying for a service/product.

 

However, the definition of a donation is a donation, and paypal goes by the definition of a donation when dealing with donations (go figure). What this means that you are, of your own free will, donating to HeLLsGamers without the expectation of any form of compensation or service. Much like a drivers license, the powers imparted to you as a result of you being generous, is a privilege, not a right.
