Comments: A couple of minutes before the first video Fuzzybear gave him a ticket for speeding and blowing a red light. He continued to do so afterwards so we asked him to pull over multiple times but he kept driving off. We ended up loosing him after a while and then that happened. The second video was after I got back into town not long after and was asking a guy to stop Punch Whoring. Next thing I know he just drives his car into me while I was trying to get this guy to stop. I'm not 100% sure if there's anything banable about the first video I only posted it because of his use of 911 for non-emergencies and him ramming us seemed pretty blatant.
