Two days ago, I was banned from PERP due to the organization i was in raiding the Nexus. I was there, but I didn't fire a shot. I was banned regardless, I'm not too sure if this is due to confusion, or due to some misunderstanding.

The police show up at approximately Tick 203k, showing them running down the hallway to resolve it. You see me (Mark Sanchez) First, but i roll back and hide behind the door. Play the demo @ 19% speed for the best view.

 

Now, watch very closely during this gunfight. You notice that there's two shots before the demo recorder dies; the first one, injures the demo recorder. The second hits another player, killing them; the player was behind the door, the player was none other than myself. Later on, I come back down because I was on skype with the people who did the acts that got us banned, to listen to the admin (or mod, whatever he was) and what he has to say. He told me word for word; "If I see you kill anybody in the demo, you're gone."

I didn't shoot anyone during the incident. The logs would support my statements, no doubt, 100%. I was banned regardless, but I'd still like a reason as to why this occurred. I vow this won't happen again, shall i be unbanned, because I do enjoy the game mode & the server. (and my friends are inevitably perma-banned, so there's not really much i can do on my own.)

You killed an officer during this "raid" but since you came to the forums your ban has been reduced to 1 day.
