Darkwing Duck Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) Upon further review of the demo and after speaking to Kai, I realized that he was revived by the medic and he is claiming that April killed him. I have no way of knowing for sure whether april killed him, but Kai has no previous offenses. Im going to dismiss this case. Not blacklisted.
