My new map. (help?)

i have been working on a mini games map yesterday and today, all most finnished, just need help on a few things, if anyone can help with any of the following please do:

 

- Where when you spawn, you have no guns.

- ( i have high speed) but i wanted it so i could choose how fast you acctuly go. (as i got a prefab)

- Push, so your traveling along and you get pushed a little. (i know theres a Trigger_push, but i dont know what to set it as).

- Smoke Granade Cars, Where you pick up a smoke granage, and you get a car, or some object.

 

The idea is like karts, you run around the 2 tracks, once you have compleated them, you get a shotty, then choose what track to run around, and you can shoot people win :D :lock::lock:

There will be obsiticals on the tracks, dont want to make it easy now do i :)

- Place the download in your Cstrike>maps folder.

next time you up load the map to zhost put it in a zip

 

i'm going to try out the map it looks fun :D

With number 1 just add a game_player_equip entity and then add a trigger once and set the trigger once's parent as the game_player_equip

If someone allready has a gun, and walk into that area, will the gun be taken fromt them?

If you haven't got it already, download the custom fgd because it has a player_weaponstrip entity and its more reliable http://www.editlife.net/file.php?download=34 if you already got it then do this..

 

add a player_weaponstrip

add a trigger multiple (cover spawn)

 

Name the entity 'weaponstrip'

 

change the trigger multiple delay before reset to -1

 

Trigger multiple outputs:

 

onstartTouch

Weaponstrip

Strip

0.00

 

A few people I know who make skilled surf maps do it like that

Ok, i have come across a problem, getting into my map.... it wont let me load into my map when i creat server.... me and bort tryed a few things last night.... dident work.... in the compiling list: There is a WARNING thing now, witch wasent there yesterday....

EDIT: FIXXED! , SOME FAULTY LASERS, EVERYTHING IS BACK ON TRACK, I GOT THE WEAPON STIP IN TOO THANKS !

1. Bort has sent me a tutorial on how to strip weapons before..

2. wut?

3. Make a brush with texture Trigger, then tir that brush to the entity trigger_push and set the speed and direction, or you can make teh brush a func_conveyor...

4. Ask youtube or kosire, he made teh p90 shield

I got stip in, and push now.... allmost finnsihed, im not sure if ill need a high speed thing, and the car things arnt nessisary, just to "fun" it up a little.
