PERP Proof http://cloud.dloaded.com/o/4ff48c560b155.dem Additional Proof - Additional Comments? From tick 15000 to tick 25000 I observed a punchwhoring fest going on. I told them to stop, they did for a moment. Then tyler rogers started punching the other guy and eventually killed him. I asked for a warrant 3 times over radio and twice through chat and never got a single warrant from mayor. Mayor then resigned his post shortly after this.
