6. Comments: So there was this big argument over whether the mayor could be held hostage, because someone had been saying it was against the rules. Anyway they were saying that they weren't keeping the mayor hostage (tick 75000), when I drive up there. Furthermore, they weren't even asking for a ransom. So basically, Fallen was mayor, owning Suburbs House #4, and also keeping drugs inside. He wouldn't come out to sell his place either. I tried to warrant the place multiple times because officers had seen drugs inside (bedroom window), but I couldn't because Fallen owned the house and he was a government official. The end result was the whole situation blocked RP.

The part that concerns this ban report starts at 19:30 to the end of the video, the beginning being where the actual punchwhoring occurs, and the later parts being where Fallen starts trolling.

I was a cop, as shown in the demo, and was walking to garage to investigate something said on the radio. As I was walking back to bank towards a group of people, I see fallen randomly go up to a medic that had done nothing to him and started punchwhoring them. The cop next to me goes about tazering him, and then as I go to make the arrest, Fallen starts complaining that no warrant was given or anything. In order to humor him so he will quit complaining, and since I already have proof of him punchwhoring, I left him alone and walked away. Later, in OOC chat, a guy keeps asking for a certain swat member, April Herd, to be demoted. I then respond to him on two seperate occasions that there was currently no mayor, police chief, nor an admin online, and when he responds to me "who are you," i respond to this person that i am a "member" of hellsgamers and a donor to this server (PERP 3.1). Fallen then starts trolling me in ooc chat when all I am trying to do is help this person, by telling me that im only a recruit, i need to learn my place, that im not a member. I then proclaim to him that when i said that i was a member, i meant a part of the community, an active member in the community. He then responds with his troll statements of barely, and that i'm just a recruit and that all recruits get accepted into hg, which is also not the case. Even if i am a recruit, him being a member should know better to treat "members" of the hg community with respect, and not troll them when all i was attempting to do was help another player in the server. Whether i am a recruit or not, i SHOULD be treated with respect, and i also have been a member of this community for a year now... and that means something as well. Rizon has also got onto fallen before for doing the same thing that is happened now, for being a troll and his douchebaggery within the servers, and even gone as far as to ban him from teamspeak for a short time and kick him from the server.

@ Shoubakka I owned the place before I became mayor and my gang instantly started trolling me saying that I'm taken hostage and made me say random things like "Dimentio has a large penis" and told me to set taxes up... and I wasn't growing. This was also my first time being mayor so I was unaware of how to go about being kidnapped.

 

@ Grapecrush You were bossing a guy around and he asked you who are you to boss me around, and you replied "A member of the community" and I said "No your not a member you're a recruit", then you continued to argue and I just said "sure" that's not really ban worthy. And you alwasy mess with me and try to provoke me to do anything since we don't like eachother. As you said above that you left me alone because you had proof of me punching a medic. I also only punched the medic because a man was stuck.

I was not bossing the guy around, I was telling him that there were no admins or mayor's online right now, and that he'd have to wait for an admin to come online or a mayor to get elected before the guy could get demoted, because i saw what april had done to him as well. It's all in the video, watch it for yourself. Everything starts at 18:00.

Mayor can still held hostage, this has never changed...I'm not sure who is telling you different.

 

Fallen, next time your a mayor; regardless SELL ANY HOUSE you own as per the rules..no exceptions...let the hostage taker know that.. They this was going to happen so they left as such to "blocked RP" and i will be handling those people on case by case basis.

Also, fallen you should not be punching at someone randomly..period either pm the person or wait patiently for them to return from being afk...Next time show respect to your peers in HG no matter what, and you being demeaning like that is not setting a good example for our recruits.

 

As being a hostage you comply wit the hostage takers orders if you do not they can kill you...but next make sure your not in a house that you own.
