Though it is not definitive that the person speaking here is Angel of Deth II, the line "jap bastard" is a recurring phrase of his that I have learned to look out for. It is definitely him, and as you can tell from what was said, he has no remorse for his actions. He even tried to convince me that he is in XG, further adding to his history of anti-HG sentiment. Someone who is so against HG and its rules should not be a recruit.
