Lemur
It should be a percentage so the new players won't lose too much.
Executive Council Kigen Posted July 7, 2012 Executive Council Share Posted July 7, 2012 (edited) Btw, what happens if you die and can't afford the death fee? It eats whatever money you have. If you have none then nothing happens. It should be a percentage so the new players won't lose too much. I wish you'd read the thread before posting. Shoubakka
So here's a problem with this. A 2000 dollar death fee, basically reduces the actual profit government officials can make to basically $0. In fact, the reality is most likely that they will be losing money. Knowing how many times a medic dies from bleeding out, or a cop, or basically anyone except for the fire fighter, playing a government official will mean losing all your money. It might be wise to either make it so that government officials don't have death costs, or to make them lower than $2000. Another alternative would be that police money by confiscating evidence in that the money you get for confiscating an item is half the price of that item. atwood.b95
+1 $2,000 is way too much for 1 death, If you have a decent job how long would it take to make 2K, like 10 minutes? If so you blow all that on 1 death, and sadly dying in perp is a reality that we face every few minutes...

It'll now just be $500 for them all the time. This will go into effect next time the server is restarted.
GUNGNIR43
+1 - When I grow a batch of coke, I get around $4000. If I get raided twice, I lose all that hard earned coke.
