Reason for ban: Ok, I was banned because there was confusion over what had ahpepned. I took the mayor hostage, he refused to co-operate and tried to run away from me. I killed him, it wasn;t random. I RP'd the entire scenerio, and I even gave him 3 warnings as he was running before I killed him. Someone died in the crossfire, but that was an accident, the mayor was my only target. He even said on radio that someone was taking him hostage, so I dont see how I was banned in the first place.
