Jamel could have easily been basing with the person that owned that apartment. Im going to leave this open for 24 hours to hear some more of the story. For future reference next time you post a ban report, please be descriptive in your explanation of what occurred, include tick marks for the demo, and please follow the template exactly; or I will not review it.
