Fallen is standing inside suburbs four right at the door and raiders had just been killed, he notifiys the cops and shoubakka comes up and says fallen remove the M4A1, fallen says okay and before they can see him take it off, I shut the door and lock it, he continue's to tell him to come out and prove to him he removed it or that he'd warrant the house, (which is not a legal warrant reason) fallen refused and said he had no right to make him come out, he took the gun off and that he could not warrant him, shoubakka continues to harrass fallen, then warrants the house and breaks through only to see fallen did not have a M4A1 equiped. Shoubakka always pulls harrassing moments of douchebaggery to annoy people I find this unacceptable and very unrepresentattive of the way a HG member should act, specially since this is only a game and should not be taken to such measures to ruin gameplay, and fun. After this I look in tab to see that we dont have any firemen on duty so in 911 I say "we don't have any joy" and I get a warrant. I apologize, but Shoubakka is correct in the fact that he can warrant a house for illegal weapons inside. He asked you nicely to show him that your weapon was removed and you refused to show him, thus giving him the right to warrant the residence you were hiding in. (All automatic weapons are illegal). With regards to the second report, Shoubakka did issue an improper warrant and I will be having a long discussion with him. I do not think it is necessary to blacklist at this point. If in the future something like this happens again, please make a report and further action will be taken.
