Polar, first of all you should not be telling anybody to do anything related to following the rules. You are not an admin on the server. If someone is breaking the rules, you may ask them to stop, but if they don't, the next step is posting a report like you are doing now.

 

As for [uG] WhiteDarkness, TEMP BANNED so he can change his name.
