When leadership changes occur (not just promotions, but with people stepping down as well), can we be informed by a forum post about it. You don't really have to explain why because I'm sure for a majority of instances it's for personal reasons, but at least make it known/official so people aren't confused/blindsided by it later. I think a forum post thanking the person who is promoted/demoted thanking them for the work they will do/have done to notify the community about the change would be great to clear up any confusion.
