Upon me having a wreck, Jason Fong decides to warrant/arrest me for "reckless driving" because he cannot ticket me due to my car exploding upon the wreck. Didn't catch his Steam user, so I ended up without his ID. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but having a wreck is not something you get warranted for.
