TwoShiv
1. Your in-game name: Two Shiv (TwoShiv) 2. Server that you were blacklisted on: PERP 3. The Blacklisting admin: Daniel Fong (DirtyDNA) 4. Your Steam-Id: STEAM_0:0:34486714 5. Reason for blacklist: "Random" Arrest I was an officer responding to a break in alarm at the Lux Hotel and one other officer was there. As I pulled up two people started shooting at that officer and killed him, I managed to fight off both the people and killed them both(Please note: Through the crossfire I didn't get their names). I called for a medic and when one arrived he crouched over the body and started to attempt to revive him. The body disappeared and the medic stood up, There is a glitch sometimes where the person who gets revived doesn't appear directly where he died so I looked to my left and saw "Daniel Fong" standing very close with no weapon (Please note I did not see Daniel standing there during this gunfight and he must have just arrived). Daniel Fong was dressed the same as the person the medic was reviving. Daniel Fong then started to argue with a Grove Street member who owned the lux and telling him he was breaking NLR. So I assumed at this point that Daniel Fong was the person who was fighting me in the gunfight because everything seemed to match up(He was dressed the same, Arguing with the person who owned the house, and appeared after the body was revived). I just assumed this was the average argument that happens between two people after a break-in. I told Daniel that I was going to get an Arrest warrant on him, so he doesn't freak out when he gets arrested. He didn't respond so I assumed this was just him complying and he turned back to continue to argue with the Grove street member who owned the apartment. In actuality the person the medic was reviving died and Daniel Fong appeared directly after to deal with a call that the Grove street member was breaking NLR. Daniel Fong then flew up to me after getting arrested and questioned me about why I "Random" arrested him. At this point I realized what happened and explained the situation calmly and clearly to him (Typed and Spoke out loud). I told him this was an honest mistake and he continued to say "No, You're just trying to get your cop level up by random arresting people"(Please note that quote probably is not exact). He blacklisted me for a day and flew off without talking to me anymore. When I told him in OOC that it was an honest mistake he said "No, Its not an honest mistake" and continued to ignore me. I understand that I am probably taking a small 1 day blacklist far to serious but it is the fact of the matter that I truly and honestly made a mistake which he continues to ignore. ~Two Shiv (TwoShiv)
DirtyDNA
There is a difference between you randomly warranting somebody and an honest mistake (accidentally clicking wrong name for warrant). The reason I was so upset us that you never apologized or admitted you were wrong, you were just saying "You don't understand" "It was an honest mistake". I tried to explain to you that you shouldn't have just assumed to warrant and arrest someone because they are near a scene of the crime. But the only thing you seemed to car about was that you were blacklisted. There was no "sorry i won't do it again" just "it was an honest mistake". As soon as you admit that what you did was wrong, and you won't ask for any more random warrants without 100% proof you will be UN-blacklisted. TwoShiv
I'm not a professional at admitting when I'm wrong, But I think when I say "It, was an honest mistake." That is admitting I was wrong and made a mistake. And when all you ask is "Why did you Random Warrant Me?" over and over while I'm explaining. I tend to answer your question before apologizing. And I think driving off before I'm finished explaining doesn't really give me a fair chance... But if it really makes you feel better: "I was wrong to ask for a warrant on you even though all the evidence seemed to line up and I wont ask for a warrant without 100% proof ever again..." -Two Shiv "Next time" can you tell me to apologize instead of making me post a paragraph long post that you don't seem to care about.
