The way it works is it pretty much sends jumps to trick macrodox into thinking that you're using mouse wheel. Seems like its pretty easy to fool macrodox with this since the way macrodox works is that one of the things it looks for is a jump average of 2 or less and then classifies it as a hack. This is not the first time someone like this has been reported ( https://hellsgamers.com/threads/67565-quot-(-)-quot-(possible-scripts) ) just like in that report (which is a lot more obvious because of the constant jump count of 6...) this guy never goes over 6 jumps on pad (7 jumps on macrodox). What makes most of us believe that he is cheating is the fact that his fps max is 9999 and his avg ping is like 200... The amount of speed he gains in such a short time and his perfect jumps would be extremely hard to accomplish with just that fps max alone. You can see in the screenshots of his jump pattern it NEVER goes over a 7 which is something that is nearly impossible to prevent from happening when you're focused on getting perfect jumps. So I'm not sure why the first report was classified as no scripts but did you guys ever consider how impossible it is to replicate the same jump count for every single jump? And now with this guy it is kinda hard to keep a jump count below a 7, and his jump stats were checked quite a few times with nothing over a 7 on all of them.
