enigma# Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 it's an avast issue I would suggest disabling the Real-Time Protection shield when you want to play. However, if you want to avoid this entirely, try a different antiviral solution. enigma# Posted July 27, 2012 Share Posted July 27, 2012 Please reboot your computer. Disable the avast antiviral protection, then proceed to start Steam up. Hopefully it'll show up. Finally, if it persists after that, please uninstall Avast and replace it with another Antiviral solution.
