The proof shows that he accepted a votekick for someone being afk... admins do not approve votekicks but the player that starts them does, so I know it was him. Also, the server was not full and on top of that, you can't demote/votekick for being afk.

 

 

The AP just shows what he said after, but doesn't show much but it kind of confirms he did it. Also more that he becomes thief right after... Which is what znex was.
