He broke the rules, if he is an admin it can easily be taken away from him and get banned. If your thinking about the guy that is just named Vagina thats another guy and has nothing to do with this. Ask them to remove the HG tag and if it becomes a problem then kick, then ban. If you don't have admin or they are a admin then alert a Staff member and they will take care of it. *Make sure you ask them if they go by a different HG name. That may be some of the cases.
