I can't join, it won't let me connect to it, (Says can't connect after 4 retires) and he's been playing for about a half an hour now. I was thinking it would be Kigen or Soccor or some other TC working their magic or maybe testing some new cars, but it's him, he doesn't seem like a admin or a TC. This may be stupid. But I have a theory that he's the DDOSer or a hacker that wants the server all to himself to grow drugs so when the server's back online he has aaaaaaaaaaaaalll this money.
