About what time: 11:10-12:00 Pst 5. PROOF:Gmod crashed after kick, if you can somehow check chat you will see a lot of the conversation. Like me doing !report*I know its not a command but I was trying,* also was trying /report, yelling abuse, asking for help and so on. 6. Please tell us about the incident: The mayor makes a set of rules, one being for *citizens* to kill hobo's if they are above ground. I was roleplaying as a hobo and Phirewire rdm's me constantly *he is a thief.* Then when I demote him for rdming he uses his admin powers on his psygun to swing me everywhere, i tell him countless times to stop, but he does not. After around 5 minutes or so of being psygunned, frozen, teleported he puts me infront of the bilboard with new rules setup and he got the mayor to change them while he was abusing me. After that he kicked me for *quote from server message* "random demote" when in the first place he got demoted for rdming me. He was a *thief* not a *citizen* as the rules said.
