It was brought to my attention from the banned that he was playing on a jail break server that had FF on, the admin was also in the game and the banned shot him. He was then told that he was going to ban him on the HG Office server, today is Tuesday, and the ban took place on Saturday, eliminating anything but a global ban. I cannot say if the events happened as they have been told to me, but what I do know is that there is no proof of anything to the contrary on the forums from the admin, or anyone else. Without proof the ban should be lifted as soon as possible. On another note concerning the admin, if what I was told is what really played out, then the admin assumed that the banned would go unnoticed on the server because of his age. The fact that a player may seem annoying, or is young should have no consequence on your punishment. He may have missbehaved on another server, but the fact that he was not punished by there admins proves that his crime did not even warrant a ban on there server. Therefore we could assume that the admin responsible used his power innappropriatly and that he disregarded the chance of consequence. I ask that if proof of a reason for the Global Ban is not submitted soon, then the ban should be lifted. Also, if in fact what the banned says is true, I also ask that the admin responsible should have there authority on the HG Office server taken from them. On a personal note, I can understand how some people might get frustrated with a player who may have a frustrating voice, opinion, or playing style (i.e. excessive camping) And I can also understand that an admin who gets frustrated by these kind of people might lash out by slaying, beaconing, or short-term banning, but a Global ban is not something you give on a whim. The banning person was "SUPER ¤ DRAGONiTE", which indicates that it was a console ban. When somebody bans from console, it picks a random name from the server like that. All I know is that someone got perma banned and there was no evidence. I edited my original post, sorry for the confusion, but the fact that there are two admins who use the aliases jk, and jjk is kinda hard not to confuse. Also, I wasn't the one who was banned. He says that is was jjk, but if it wasn't then the least that can happen is to unban him. Again, I have no proof what so ever, only that he was banned and that the evidence was not reported on the thread. He was banned for killing an admin on another server, globally banned for doing so. Someone is abusing, some admin. It needs to stop. I've been getting reports lately. AFC / Steelers can't come in the forums otherwise he would have already. AFC / Steelers said the same thing, JJK banned him. I'm afraid there is no way to find out who made the ban, but hopefully if they are watching, they will get the hint that all bans, especially permanent bans, require proof. ~~~ Since we don't know who it is, there is no point in keeping this as an "abuse" thread.
