bean-
Hi, Spent the past week with this 'h1x.exe' error stopping me from playing tf2. I used to get this error somtimes when playing. Then my PC crashed and I pulled the plug - I think this did something horrid to my files and caused this damn error! I tried everything - following all the webby instructions (inc. Steam > Properties > Launch [suggestions] restart) - NOTHING! :diaf: So, I just did this: 1. PC Restart 2. Hit F8 key (many times, till something happens) 3. Click: 'Repair you computer' 4. Click 'US' 5. Restore to an earlier backup (I picked 2 weeks ago) Back to normal. Hope this helps anyone else who might end up having the same problem. bean$
