Teach me lol?

I'm sure someone in the Strategy division would (I feel like an ADVISOR should be answering this). I would volunteer myself but frankly I don't like you much from my experience with you in Jailbreak. Still, find someone in strat in TS and ask if they play. Hopefully someone takes the time to teach you (though learning League from an HG member is like learning how to fight from a panda not voiced by Jack Black).

DO NOT

-Watch streams when you're first learning how to play.

-Play with people who are level 30, this includes people playing on their smurfs.

-Use some website that tells you how to build your character.

DO

-Play custom or normal games with the random allotment of characters for the week. Figure out what works for you. Are you an aggressive player who can adapt to situations easily? You might want to try a magic(Ability Power) based character in the middle lane, or even bulkier character for the top lane. Are you a player who can easily focus on the needs of the team? Try a support, Soraka throws bananas.

-Ask someone or use the tooltips to figure out what you should actually build on a character.

-Have fun.

-Buy wards?

It's important that you play with people at your own skill level, granted it's much harder now because people make new accounts but it's better than playing with a friend who is level 30 and tells you exactly what to do every single time then you get caught in a hole where you need him/her telling you how to play.

Dont let laz teach you, I asked him to teach me. And it was just him yelling at me for 2 consecutive hours.

Both very solid advice. Swat because he knows what he's talking about, and Slowpoke because he's an experienced redcoat.

I really hate your avatar
