Please tell us about the incident: I was playing as a police officers with two others when, and we went to subs 2 after hearing reports of 3 people dying there. So we pull up, and it seemed the situation was under control and I spot -hg- Austin in the street with a shotgun on his back, so I go to him and I tell him to take it off his back and apon him hearing this he turns around and runs for the house he owns, I successfully tase him and he threatens to black list me since he made it to his house. Since a police officer gave him a warning to do something, running away would be evading which is why he got arrested. So he blacklisted me for it. No running from a crime scene is evading police intervention, Similarly someone being chased by a cops with lights on is not evading because the cop didn't tell them to stop, k?
