Please tell us about the incident: Abusing his powers, noclipping, etc etc. Rizon said even though I can't prove he was blinding and unblinding I should post anyways. Phirewire jumps into action by jailing him but its blocking the entrance so he unjails him and then jails him in a better place. He then discusses to him that he can't break NLR.
