Baby_Buddha Posted July 23, 2009 Share Posted July 23, 2009 Mullah Kreakr has been expelled from Norway by the court, but we cant send him back until Iraq promise not to execute him this is because of international human rights agreements. the reason we dont send him back is because he can risk death penalty. For us human rights are very important and we will NOT send someone into a certain death. Thats why we want to get an written agreement with the Iraqi government that they will NOT execute him if hes sent back. Norway DO NOT in ANY way support terrorism or terrorist organizations! He is not as free as some might think either, he has to report himself to a local police station every day and Im pretty sure the norwegian anti-teror unit are keeping an eye on him. For Norway it is important to defend human rights, thats why we want to get an WRITTEN confirmation from their government that they wont execute him.
