Lineage 2 is an MMO that started around 2004, and was one of the best MMOs of its time. However, as time went on, new games came out, the graphics became outdated, and people moved on. In order to regain the player base on Lineage 2, NCSoft decided to revamp this game, and damn have they done a good job. So why should anyone play this game? Completely Free Unlike Most MMO's PvE Based (With a Great PvP System) Optional In-Game Curreny (Similar to RP in LoL, fun but not necessary) Open World and Instance Raiding Tiered Class System (Ex: Warrior Class Tree) If you would like to research more on your own, check out the website by clicking here or by typing http://www.lineage2.com into your searchbar I have played this game from 2004-2007 and started playing again just this year. AnonyHorse Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 Despite F4ithl3ss' lack of fashion sense due to his douche-bagginess and hats, this is a pretty good game. I played this game for about 2 years on the largest private server at the time. Took about 3 weeks of solid grinding to max out, but mind you that was with an amazing guild that did farm runs every night and exp rates were about 50x that of the normal server. The max level in L2 is 85, but with 3 "rebirths". Each rebirth resets your level to 40 i believe, but i cannot recall. Really great game, good trading system, good gear systems. Many classes to choose from. If you're into MMOs this is a good one. I'm not going to be playing as i'm past it, but it is a great game.
