MattThePanda
So every time i try to connect to a friends game i get a message saying "connection to host was lost." but this only happens when i try to connect to a friends game. When i connect to a public game everything is fine. Does anyone have a solution?
enigma#
THEM PORTS need to be forwarded (At least on your friends' end)! I had to forward 4-5 sets of ports to be able to get connected >.<
iCreepZz
I thought gearbox fixed this problem? Cause it was like this for me and my friends. Then after a few days we could connect to each other.
MattThePanda
So from my understanding, the persons game that I'm joining has to forward their ports, correct? because my computer wasnt letting me forward my ports. enigma#
If you don't/can't forward ports, chances are you may have problems connecting to your friend(based off experience). Theoretically if your friend forwards his ports, you'll be able to connect.
Wingless
You probably want to make sure UPnP is enabled. Makes life so much easier.
