Grimstrick100
Ok so when ever i try to open a demo on like a t-list or ban or something, it says "Setup file 'gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist in subdirectory 'hl2'. Check your -game parameter or VCONFIG setting." So does anyone know how i can fix this?
Deadlock
Are you downloading the demos or are they the ones you took? If you're downloading them you need to move the file to your cstrike folder.
enigma#
Are you opening your demos through windows (explorer.exe instance)?
Grimstrick100
I use google chrome and i just click the ones in a t-list report or something and it says that
enigma#
You need to download it to the directory of your game (like for css -> cstrike, gmod -> garrysmod, tf2 -> tf) launch the game, then open up your console type playdemo "demonamehere" and that should let you play them. You cannot just launch them from Windows.
Grimstrick100
So I just put it in the cstrike folder and play it in console?
