So an item that gives CC to a champion with NO CC AT ALL is bad? 35% slow is on all of his abilities as stated by Riot, and it gives him health and ability power all stats that he needs. Read: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Rylai's_Crystal_Scepter It is 15% for multi-target abilities and DOTs. He has an AOE W, an AOE E, a DoT Ult, and a Q that is single target in VERY VERY few instances. 15% slow is insignificant and not worth how inefficient of a cost item Rylais is on Morde. 4. All pro players use it right? Ok... Let's look at the two Featured builds on Solomid that are up-to-date for Morde: http://solomid.net/guides.php?g=22982-mcwank-mordekaiser-build-guide Doesn't even MENTION Rylai's. http://solomid.net/guides.php?g=20123-dang-mclovin-mordekaiser-build-guide Specifically mentioned that he STOPPED getting Rylai's.
