300 Day Lrs

If the lead starts a 300 day and gets LR he can respawn all the Ts. When he does this all the Ts are able to have LRs. Not sure if it works on the CSS server but it does happen on the CSGO one. Also the 300 window stays up after multiple rounds making it possible to respawn Ts for a while.
