I asked about on facepunch and it seems to be something to do with the bandwidth on my router and my gmod cache? Idk im not good with that sort of thing lol so I can play can someone please send me the map, any extra textures etc (I already have css) and the gamemode ? Thanks , hope to see you ingame!! Have you tried re-installing (and entirely deleting the garrysmod/garrysmod folder)? Have you tried verifying or defragmenting your in-game cache (Right click GMOD from your Steam Library > Properties > Local Files Tab)?
