Recording Gameplay Settings.

I need help with finding a good set of settings for recording and uploading Gameplay.

 

I currently use the following settings:

 

Recording gameplay: Fraps , 30 fps , Loop buffer length 30 seconds

Recording voice/commentary: Audacity , no idea what settings

Rendering and setting up video: Sony Vegas Pro 11 (rendering takes up to an hour, hour and a half)

I render it as: HQ 1440x1080-60i 35 Mbps VBR (.MP4)

I then go straight into uploading it to Youtube and it takes roughly 1-2 hours, sometimes more.

 

I know there are better and faster options somewhere out there, I just don't know where to look to get the information.

Youtube is too vague but I will use it if I can't get the right help here.
