Picture (Or description of picture): http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/1534/rpevocityv8x0030.jpg What: During the period of time December 24th to December 25th, A coder or just a huge weather change, should occur to make the city as snowy as possible. Trees, sidewalks, buildings. Everywhere there should be snow, as it falls down it sticks, multiplies adding on to create almost real snow build-up. Who: Everyone, Staff, Guests, Players, Animals, Your brother/sister/family/uncle/dog Rules: Same as always the PERP 3.0, still in effect. Prizes (If you're having any): No prizes, just the joy of holiday spirit. Extra Information (If neccessary): Wondering about the fps complain as, just as rain happens peoples fps drops and it gets horrible, maybe a possible fix or slow down of the snow to make sure it doesn't lag people that hard.
