Lr Problem

So i was playing earlyer today and -hg- Kingletdown chose a nova hso lr, an earlyer death led to a deagle being dropped on the floor of s4s. The ct hs'ed kingledown with the deagel.

 

Questions

* is this a freekill and can he be slayed for it?

* if so, why would it count/ not count as a freekill?

I think someone should implement a way to stop multiple LR's in s4s at the same time. Two dodgeballs often occur and cause freekills. same with someone doing scar noscope / dodgeball at the same time.

Yes, both the CT and the T must abide by the predefined rules of the chosen LR. If a T breaks the rule, he becomes a rebel. If a CT breaks the rule, he becomes a worthless piece of shit, and deserves to be slayed.
