Perp Questions And Points.

Hello ladies and gents.

 

I thought i would ask a few questions and bring up a few points for perp. I have spoken to several people in the server and ts3 and have come up with a few things that need some clarity. I have more then this but will continue in small doses.

 

1) MTL PROPERTY LINE...

Now i spoke to several people on this subject and i wanted to point out a few things.. MTL cost 22050+ tax.

it is the most expensive property if i recall correctly. Now,As im told the property line STARTS at the security shack gates.

I ask for a new consideration of this rule for a few reasons..

 

a) anyone tossing a molly from the gates can molly just about anywhere on the MTL grounds. Making a raid that much easier and even if the raid fails.. MTL still burns and any of our property goes with it.

 

With the cost of MTL being the highest..Shouldnt it have a liitle more protection?

 

I ask that the property line start at the gate corners that are on both sides of the MTL driveway. This leaves the grass outsid fence area/sidewalk still open for anyone. The driveway SHOULD be considered part of MTL. that way it gives a little more added protection to those whom rent MTL for the reason of DISTANCE. You cant hit as much from the sidewalk. I will take picitures of this when i get back ingame. its less likely to burn the place to the ground because you have to throw farther. THEN PICK the gates and raid into the property. If the rule stands.. The can toss a molly from the guardshack and hit just about anywhere on the grounds. I spoke to super on this ingame.. He should know where im talking about.

 

 

ROBBING THE BANK.

It is pretty clear that any robbery has to take place solo.. But can we push a little harder on whos allowed on the bank property while the banks is in the process of being robbed. I ask that NO org member is allowed on the property while the bank is being robbed.. ( if im robbing the bank no saint is allowed on the property till i leave ) ive seen the bank get robbed and people in the same org come running from beside the atm or between bank and gas station and shoot the cop. That's kind of unfair..

 

RAIDS AND COUNTER RAIDS.

SAY Org-1 owns all of Apts or tides accept 1 ) thats owned by Org-2 WHOS NOT AN ALLY OF ORG-1.

Now.. Org-1 get raided by ORG-3. and org-3 tosses a molly into Org-1's apt and the place begins to burn..Org-2 has nothing in this battle. BUT His stuff begins to burn as well as the fire spreads..

 

CAN ORG-2 Help defend the property? remember he isnt an ally of either group.

 

 

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE DEFINATION OF COUNTER -RAID.

 

CLEAR DEFINATION OF LOITERING.. HERE'S WHY.

 

For example. i own several industrial shops and someone is on my roof from an enemy org. They just have raided once and one of the perps that raided is just hanging out on the roof loitering. Now the guy on the roof can hear everything being spawned.. ( metagaming ) which happens at times legally say in apts where you can hear it if you own an apt.

But if you are re-raided can you shoot the point man on top of the roof + the people raiding you? he's the one telling his org who is where and whats going on inside.. he in reality is just as guilty as the rest.

 

Understood you can call 911..but still.. they leave then just come right back...Is their anything the property owners can do?

No. Technically he has no part in the raid so he cannot defend himself. The correct thing to do would be to buy an extenguisher and / (most likely) or call 911.

The mtl thing is kind of weak but the rest are pretty solid questions.

Well you only have a 1) and no 2) so I'm assuming the capital letters at 2 and 3. MTL property line starts at the opening gates. You can throw a molotov over the fence anyways.

 

The bank part is really not special. Its a rule and if they are running in to help then they are breaking the rule.
