Drop Connection Whenever I Join And Spawn

Title practically explains it. When I first join yea yeah I'm in spec and I never lose connection, then when I spawn I all of a sudden lose my connection but the server doesn't crash, then I wait 10 minutes before I can rejoin, can anyone help me fix this?

 

 

EDIT: Steam crashes as well for the time that it is "down" for me
