Do you think the current path of HG is good, bad, or right on track the way that it should be? 2. Is there anything that needs to be changed? (TS3/Servers/Website/Leadership {layout}) 3. What would you personally like to see change within HG? If you see something that you may agree/disagree with in a fellow leaderships post (within this thread), maybe question them? Discuss why you think it may be a good or bad idea? The main reason for this post, is too give us members an idea of how you guys work together, how you approach upcoming changes within HG, and most of all; how you determine what HG needs to change to become a more successful community. That's a relative question, the person answering this question could very well disagree with the next person. What it should be and what it is are two possibly two different things. Overall the idea from Council/Upper Management is only meant for good. Sometimes there is disagreement. THis question is way too broad for even a Council member to answer fully with the exception of possibly Homer. So short answer, good. Long answer, not as simple as a good, bad or neutral response. 2. Is there anything that needs to be changed? (TS3/Servers/Website/Leadership {layout}) Question 2 and Question 3 posits the same intention. There are going to be multiple leadership members with their own ideals and their own beliefs about how this community should be ran. To say what NEEDs to be done isn't necessarily accurate because some people may interpret a need as a want in a certain situation whereas others may interpret their want as a need Simple answer to the generic intention is, we try to talk about things as a whole before we make decisions. It's not a perfect system by any means but it works for us. 3. What would you personally like to see change within HG? See remark 2. That is per leadership member. If you see something that you may agree/disagree with in a fellow leaderships post, maybe question them? Discuss why you think it may be a good or bad idea? I think that's what we do every day. We question each others' intentions (at least not constantly) and find out more information. Sadly, this question seems more to lack the understanding of the chain of command. We can disagree or agree or question with someone but there really isn't an absolutely good or absolutely bad idea because at the end of the day, our decisions affect the outcome of players who are the bulk of our community and not us leaders. The decisions can be calculated or blindly chosen, that is up to leadership at the end of the day what choice they make about the choice.
