fdh
Maybe one of ya'll can relate or help out... I've had wrist pains for a little while now. Happens when I have to use my hands in a "push" format like push-ups or bench press. Its just sharp little pains when wrist is rotated or pressure is applied. Its not from so skip the bs replies. Also, last 2 days I've had like a dull pain in my lower left back around my hip bone...it feels like it goes all the way through me and out the front, just left of my lower abdominal and pubic bone region. My left testicle has the same pain feeling. Its like a mix between ache and that feeling you get from being sore from lower ab exercises or butterflies in your stomach. Anyone care to elaborate? Street Lethal
No clue about the stomach but I've had my share of wrist injuries. 1) You may have just sprained it somehow (sleeping?) and keep aggravating it/not giving it time to heal. 2) Dislocated a joint. Not the whole writs so it's not terrible but the joint is chafing other bone. 3) carpal tunnel 4) Masturba- Do you hear any cracking when you move the wrist? fdh
Cracking...hm.. every once in a while. I feel the little crackling if I grab my wrist but thats pretty normal amirite. I got banged up playing football a few weeks ago but I didn't think anything of it.
donnie
carpel tunnel's symptoms are usually just sore fingers and wrist pains
m3rg3
could be a Hernia (your hip).... i think a hernia is scared or tared muscle tissue or sumet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hernia
FEBRUARY
im probably wrong, but isnt a hernia when the muscle or organ wall is irritated and forms a bubble? If you've been lifting some pretty heavy weights for the last week or so, the wrist pain is probaly from normal wear&+tear and the pains probably a hernia. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ only if you've been lifting stuff heavy for a couple days or weeks EDIT Also, last 2 days I've had like a dull pain in my lower left back around my hip bone...it feels like it goes all the way through me and out the front, just left of my lower abdominal and pubic bone region. My left testicle has the same pain feeling. Sounds to me like when i had a hernia around there. You should see a doctor asap if you havent already. m3rg3
you can get one in a split second of your lifting something very hevy.... and when you got one, you know about it! my brother hs one! and my friends brother has on now.. in his leg! A hernia is a tare through a cell wall or ordan wall or some shit to do with tares... Off wikipedia: Characteristics Hernias can be classified according to their anatomical location: Examples include: * abdominal hernias * diaphragmatic hernias and hiatal hernias (for example, paraesophageal hernia of the stomach) * pelvic hernias, for example, obturator hernia * anal hernias * hernias of the nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral discs * intracranial hernias * Spigelian hernias Edited August 1, 2009 by m3rg3

Wingless
I had a pelvic hernia when I was quite young. It didn't hurt in the least bit, but you have a tendency to usually SEE one testicle hang lower than the other one. Another thing I've dealt with is some fluid buildup around the epididymis, I believe. I'd have to check the copies of my radiology workup, but it's on your man parts nonetheless. It's kind of a natural occurrence, and you pretty much have to suck it up until it goes away, since if it was bad enough to benefit from surgery, you'd probably know it by now. I had pain in teh balls coupled with some bad abdominal pain as a result. I hear it feels similar to torsion, which is a lot worse. TL:DR - testicular pain that hangs around is bad. Get it checked by your doc. He'll probably send you to radiology for a scan. As far as the wrists go, you're probably just looking at a sprain or a pinched nerve. I have some arthritic tissue in my left hand, and it aches more than it gives me sharp pains.

Sounds like weak wrists. If you've just started lifting this is normal. You can try doing bench press open palm and let the barbell rest on your palms instead of using your thumb to keep the barbell in place. Make sure you are getting lots of calcium in. When they hurt make sure to let them heal, try to give them a week between heavy exercises. Calcium is what builds up the wrists so they get stronger. Also if you have joitn pain try taking some glucosamin sulfate daily with the calcium, see how that helps.

As far as I'm concerned, anyone that lifts a lot or has a career that puts you in front of a computer should probably start taking them. Beats the hell out of being in more pain later in life. orangeCRUSH
I got shot in my foot 2 1/2 years ago and it still hurts like a mother fucker. Here in Colorado you can get a medical marijuana card for minor injuries, just as long as you have documentation/ medical records of the issue. I know this because I have 2 friends that have official Colorado Medical Marijuana cards. One for Back Problems, and the other for a dislocated shoulder. So if they can get Medical Cards for those "Injuries", I better damn well get one for mine. Other than my foot, I had total knee reconstruction back in December. Medical Marijuana HERE I COME. I can't wait to see the look on my probation officer's face when i tell her I have a prescription for medical marijuana LMFAO.

bort
ok nerves go all the way from your extremeties to your brain. if some areas of your lower body like your hip hurts, it may not necessarially be your hip, but an injury to the nerve that runs to/from your lower body. it could have been injured anywhere along the way, such as if you got a pinched/herniated disk in your spine. a doctor will be able to tell which disk it is by applying pressure to several areas of your body and asking what hurts. As for your wrist pain, try using your left hand every other day for using the computer mouse. You will be horrible at first, but eventually you will get just as good as your right hand
