Nope, if you decide to start broadcasting to the word that you are using another account to ban evade then you probably will get banned again, but if you follow the rules you will be fine. Technically speaking, account 2 has nothing to do with account 1...BUT! person 2 (the character for account 2 on perp) can be banned for false rp if he ties himself to person 1 (perp account 1). Papa we have already had a problem like this when Eclipse was banned he tried to avoid by getting an alt and got permed. Please don't inform people if you don't know for 100% because it leads to confusion. Especially with your case slasher rdming 3 people then going on a rage spree spamming OOC and local with all your shit. You sir have a 0% chance of getting on any of our servers ever. Then let me clarify what I was saying, we don't go out of our way to find people who are ban evading on another account. Since he is broadcasting that he is using another account to ban evade then you have a reason to check as compared to if he just played without saying anything. Slasher I don't understand why you are adamant about telling everyone you are using another account, you still use the same IP and now your other account is going to be banned...
