If you would like to list other excercises like squats, curls etc. you can do so if you wish. I can bench about 40kg, its not alot but im a small guy. Fire away below! At the end of the day, you dont even leave your house,and seek attention online by trying to be a big man on the internet, when really you're just an antisocial sociopath. Please refrain from commenting on my threads if you have no link to them, although I do appreciate having someone to look down on when they comment, I don't think you are someone that this thread is aimed at.
