Lack Of Admins In The Off Hours.

Hi everyone. Just like you, I love playing CS:GO and specifically the Jailbreak mod/gametype. I try to get on when I have free time but my hours are kind of odd with school, work, and the gym. It seems the best time to get the quality jailbreak experience is at night time in the U.S. when there are multiple admins on at once who can enforce the rules effectively. When I've played in the off hours such as weekdays in the middle of the day or early in the morning on weekends, the server is still pretty full, but has no admins. This makes the experience pretty annoying with all the freekilling, freeshooting, and other rule breaking that can occur. So how do we combat this so our european, asian, and players like me can have a good time? Select some admins that are from those time zones, with off hour schedules. Any other ideas are totally welcome. Thanks.

Join our team speak 3 server. Usually we have an advisor from the counter strike division on. Also do not forget to take screen shots and demos then post them on hgbans section on the forums.

Or you can donate 15 dollars and get global admin for the servers and help support the community as well as uphold the rules when we aren't there to do so.

Anyone who is a member of HG and has 24 (might be 48) hours of game time can apply for admin in our Jailbreak server (For free). All we can hope for is that the server attracts some "off-time" members/admins.

 

Also, you can demo (dont need a recording, type "record filename" into console) and post in hgbans. Screenshots work too.

I also tend to be a night owl. When I'm working (all the time) I get back from work at 3 amish or later EST and stay up through the night

i normally have HellsGamers website up on both of my computers so its the better option as i may not be on my gaming computer at the time.

Admin here is completely voluntary and delegated only as a reward for donations to our premium system. Say we did follow your suggestion and give people admin for the sake of their likelihood to play at these "off-hours." Well the expectation would then be that they be active day-to-day to make use of this given privilege else it be taken away. This turns what is currently a voluntary system of admins into an obligatory system where people feel forced to play at certain hours for fear of losing what has been entrusted to them. I'd like to think that jailbreak ought to be about having fun at all times. Forcing someone to play just so they can fill the need for admins does not seem fun for them and will likely not be fun for the server.
