The video description summarizes it:

 

"These kids have been breaking numerous rules, killing people not on their property, RDMing cops, medics, and civilians, etc.

 

As I'm uploading this, they killed an officer just for being around their place, while telling them they can't block off every entrance to their house, and then me for BEING THERE, while saying "DON'T HEAL HIM" etc.

 

I made no move to heal him and they killed me the second time."
