Fallen
Below is my suggesting for a new rule, +1, -1 below. This rule stops cops from randomly running into a house when the door is opened for someone to enter, stops confusion and RDM. In an RP situation cops shouldn't be randomly walking into private property. Police Section in the rules - #11. Government officials may only enter a building when it has a warrant, has an emergency occurring, or are invited into the building by someone with keys.

FoolishFreakazoid
+1 Some cops just run into a place, shooting everyone and everything they see, for no reason.
The Mafia
+1, happens all the time.
Papa John
-1, if I am a cop and I see someone's door wide open I believe they are being robbed or raided. There isn't any confusion in just close and lock the door, it isn't a hard concept.
k hawk
+1 cops are always doing this
Cookie
eh, I think probable cause should dictate whether or not a cop should be allowed to walk on, ex; doors open with 911 calls alerting death.

Plaayer
This is already a default law. #14. Although there is a bit of gray area, it's mentioned. ref: https://hellsgamers.com/topic/51464-perp-30-default-laws/
Fallen
This is already a default law. #14. Although there is a bit of gray area, it's mentioned. ref: http://hellsgamers.c...0-default-laws/ IMO that's no where near as strict, I feel as if this rule would help a bit. It would be more publicized if it was a rule aswell, and if it's already in effect there would be no harm in clearing up confusion and adding it in. Oh also, the default laws don't pop up when you become cop... so yeah.
Inc
If you're going to play cop (or anything in perp for that matter) you should have already read the rules and understood how to play whether it pops up at you or not. Ignorance is not an excuse for not following the rules. If you're unsure about something there are forums, a moderator helpdesk in teamspeak, and during main hours there is usually a mod/admin on or even regulars who are fluent in their understanding of the rules. Just take 5 minutes out of your day to talk to the cop if he doesnt understand it
